75-3120h. (a) The annual salary of the chief judge of the court of appeals and each of the other judges of the court of appeals shall be paid in equal installments each payroll period in accordance with this section. (b) Except as otherwise provided in K.S.A. 75-3120l, and amendments thereto, the annual salary of the chief judge of the court of appeals shall be $122,062. (c) Except as otherwise provided in K.S.A. 75-3120l, and amendments thereto, the annual salary of the other judges of the court of appeals shall be $118,971. |

CAUTION: Effective January 1, 2025, this statute will be repealed as part of the enactment of the bill establishing the salaries of justices of the supreme court, district judges and judges of the court of appeals as provided in 75-3120n. |
