74-50,324. Expiration of program. The secretary of commerce shall not consider a new application, proceed with an application that has been submitted or enter into any agreement with a qualified firm or qualified supplier pursuant to K.S.A. 2023 Supp. 74-50,312, and amendments thereto, on and after May 1, 2024.
