Senator Claeys distributed an amendment and discussed the proposed changes. (Attachment 7)
Senator Claeys moved, Senator Fagg seconded, adoption of the amendment. Motion carried.
Senator Claeys moved, Senator Fagg seconded, to recommend SB 481, as amended, favorably for passage. Motion carried.
Chairperson Billinger adjourned the meeting at 11:30 am. The next meeting will be February 20, 2024.
