Representative Mike Houser, gave testimony supporting the HB2706 which would make some technical changes to Kansas statutes concerning license plate usage on antique cars, trucks and motorcycles. (Attachment 13)
Tom Allen, a private citizen, gave testimony supporting the passage of HB2706 as he has worked with this problem in owners of trucks and motorcycles and supplying owners with original license plates for their vehicles for over 20 years.(Attachment 14)
