The Vice Chair opened the hearing on HB2532 Assistant Revisor, Eileen Ma, presented an overview of the bill, a bill that modifies the reporting requirements of group-funded liability and group-funded workers compensation pools. (Attachment 5) Assistant Revisor Ma stood for questions. Eric Turek, Director of Government and Public Affairs, Kansas Insurance Department was recognized and verbalized support of this bill. Each year the pools must submit certified independent audited financial statements with in 150 days the end of their fiscal year. (Attachment 6) The conferee stood for questions. The Vice Chair closed the hearing on HB2532.
