Brief*

       SB 391 amends procedures regarding the reinstatement of a person’s driver’s license which has been terminated or suspended for failure to comply with terms of a traffic citation. The bill provides the Division of Vehicles shall end the termination or suspension once it receives notice from the court terms of the traffic citation have been fulfilled.

Background

       The bill was requested as a clarification by the Kansas Division of Vehicles.

       The bill has no fiscal impact.
