Background
This bill was recommended by the Revisor of Statutes in order to reconcile different versions of statutes that resulted from statutes being amended by SB 15, and other bills. The bill also contains technical amendments which were made in this bill in order to avoid amending SB 15 and incurring the cost of reprinting a new version of that bill which was several hundred pages.
