H.B. 2970 would transfer title of a shotgun from the State of Kansas to former Governor Joan Finney.
Background
A personalized shotgun was presented by O. P. Mossberg and Sons, a gun manufacturer, to Governor Joan Finney to use at the Governor's One Shot Turkey Hunt in 1992. Governor Finney accepted the shotgun on behalf of the State of Kansas.
According to the fiscal note, the bill would have no fiscal impact.
