Sub. for S.B. 100 deals with court and county records to allow the use of digital storage and retrieval of official court and county records. School districts would also be allowed to use this method of storage and retrieval of records.
Background
The original S.B. 100 dealt with the fee charged for reissuing state warrants that are not cashed within one year from the date of issuance.
The House Committee provisions were originally contained in H.B. 2856.
The House Committee of the Whole inserted the school district provision.
