CHAPTER 97 SENATE BILL No. 505
      An Act repealing K.S.A. 1997 Supp. 74-50,164; concerning the agriculture products       development division in the department of commerce and housing.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 1997 Supp. 74-50,164 is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
