CHAPTER 9 HOUSE BILL No. 2556 An Act repealing K.S.A. 13-2117 through 13-2124; concerning certain cities; relating to recreation commissions. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 13-2117 through 13-2124 are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
