CHAPTER 7 HOUSE BILL No. 2567 An Act repealing K.S.A. 13-205, 13-206, 13-303, 13-304 and 13-305; concerning certain cities; relating to elections. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 13-205, 13-206, 13-303, 13-304 and 13-305 are
hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
