CHAPTER 50 HOUSE BILL No. 2970* An Act concerning the governor's department; transferring title to certain personal property
accepted on behalf of the state of Kansas. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. The title to the personalized shotgun that was presented
by O. P. Mossberg and Sons, a gun manufacturer, to Governor Joan Fin-
ney to use at the Governor's One Shot Turkey Hunt in 1992 and that was
accepted on behalf of Kansas by Governor Joan Finney, is hereby trans-
ferred and conveyed to former governor Joan Finney on the effective
date of this act.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the Kansas register.
