CHAPTER 48 HOUSE BILL No. 2787 An Act repealing K.S.A. 19-1214; concerning the register of deeds. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 19-1214 is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
