CHAPTER 42 HOUSE BILL No. 2562 An Act repealing K.S.A. 13-701 through 13-704 and K.S.A. 13-771 through 13-790; relating
to fire departments in certain cities. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 13-701 through 13-704 and 13-771 through 13-790
are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
