CHAPTER 26 SENATE BILL No. 300* An Act authorizing the university of Kansas medical center to purchase disability insurance
for certain persons. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. Within the limitations of appropriations therefor, the uni-
versity of Kansas medical center may purchase disability insurance for
medical residents and students in the school of medicine, nursing and
allied health. Contracts under this section shall be executed for the uni-
versity of Kansas medical center by the chancellor of the university of
Kansas or the chancellor's designee.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
