CHAPTER 21 SENATE BILL No. 476 An Act repealing K.S.A. 82a-1369, 82a-1375 and 82a-1376; relating to acquisition of certain
water supply storage capacity. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 82a-1369, 82a-1375 and 82a-1376 are hereby re-
pealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
