An Act repealing K.S.A. 40-2,125, as amended by section 6 of 1997 House Bill No. 2104.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 40-2,125, as amended by section 6 of 1997 House
Bill No. 2104 is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
