An Act repealing K.S.A. 65-4801, 65-4802, 65-4803, 65-4804, 65-4805, 65-4806, 65-4807,
65-4808, 65-4809, 65-4811, 65-4815, 65-4816, 65-4817, 65-4818, 65-4819, 65-4820, 65-4821 and 65-4822; relating to the certificate of need program for health facilities.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:

Section 1. K.S.A. 65-4801, 65-4802, 65-4803, 65-4804, 65-4805, 65-
4806, 65-4807, 65-4808, 65-4809, 65-4811, 65-4815, 65-4816, 65-4817,
65-4818, 65-4819, 65-4820, 65-4821 and 65-4822 are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
