 The House met pursuant to HCR 5045 with Speaker Jennison in the chair.

COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENT CHANGES
 Speaker Jennison announced the following committee assignment changes:

 Rep. David Adkins is removed from Committee on Judiciary and Committee on Taxation,
and is appointed to Chairman of Committee on Appropriations and Budget Committee on
Social Services to replace Rep. Phill Kline.

 Rep. Tony Powell is removed from Committee on Appropriations, and is appointed to
Committee on Federal and State Affairs and will replace Rep. Susan Wagle as chair of the
committee.

 Rep. Susan Wagle is removed from Committee on Federal and State Affairs, and is
appointed to Committee on Taxation and will replace Rep. David Adkins as chair of the
committee.

 Rep. Jeff Peterson is appointed chair of the Budget Committee on Tax, Judicial and
Transportation to replace Rep. Powell.

 Rep. Cindy Hermes is removed from Committee on Education and Committee on
Transportation and appointed to Committee on Appropriations and Budget Committee on
Tax, Judicial and Transportation.

 Rep. Phill Kline is removed from Committee on Appropriations and is appointed to
Committee on Education, Committee on Transportation, and Committee on Judiciary.
