 HB 3001, An act enacting the swine enterprise referendum act; relating to agricultural
corporations, restrictions and exceptions; establishment of swine production facilities, feed-
lots and slaughterhouses, procedure and election; amending K.S.A. 17-5908 and K.S.A. 1997
Supp. 17-5903 and 17-5904 and repealing the existing sections, by Committee on
Appropriations.

March 4, 1998.

REPORT ON ENGROSSED BILLS
