10             AN  ACT concerning contracts to provide services for the Kansas tax
11             institute.

13       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
14             Section  1. Contracts entered into by the department of agricultural
15       economics of Kansas state university for the acquisition of typesetting,
16       printing, binding and related services for the support of the Kansas tax
17       institute shall be subject to the competitive bid requirements of K.S.A.
18       75-3739, and amendments thereto, and shall not be subject to the pro-
19       visions of K.S.A. 75-1005, and amendments thereto.
20        Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
21       publication in the statute book.
