  9             AN  ACT concerning certain railroad employees; relating to certain ac-
10             cidents; train crew members.

12       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
13             Section  1. No test of train crew members' blood, breath, urine or
14       other bodily substance to determine the presence of alcohol or drugs shall
15       be required in the case of a collision between railroad rolling stock and
16       a motor vehicle or other highway conveyance at a rail-highway grade
17       crossing.
18        Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
19       publication in the statute book.
