  9             AN  ACT concerning wildlife; relating to seasons for taking certain geese.

11       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
12             Section  1. The regular seasons for hunting light geese (Ross, snow,
13       blue) that commenced November 25, 1999, in the area designed by the
14       department of wildlife and parks as light goose management unit 1 and
15       December 18, 1999, in the area designed by the department of wildlife
16       and parks as light goose management unit 2 are hereby extended through
17       April 10, 2000. 
18        Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
19       publication in the Kansas register.
