10             AN  ACT concerning lawyers; relating to rendering legal services.

12       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
13             Section  1. A lawyer shall not permit a person who recommends, em-
14       ploys or pays the lawyer to render legal services for another to direct or
15       regulate the lawyer's professional judgment in rendering such legal
16       services. 
17        Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
18       publication in the statute book.
