10             AN  ACT repealing K.S.A. 1999 Supp. 75-6801; concerning state officers
11             and employees; relating to reductions in positions for state agencies
12             based on retirements.
13      
14       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
15             Section  1. K.S.A. 1999 Supp. 75-6801 is hereby repealed.
16        Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
17       publication in the statute book.
