  9             AN  ACT repealing K.S.A. 1998 Supp. 58-3211 through 58-3216, relating
10             to recreational trails.

12       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
13             Section  1. K.S.A. 1998 Supp. 58-3211 through 58-3216 are hereby
14       repealed. 
15        Sec.  2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
16       publication in the statute book.
