10             [AN  ACT designating bridge no. 008 as the Mike Hayden overpass
11             bridge.
12             [AN ACT concerning bridges; designating bridge no. 008 as the
13             Mike Hayden overpass bridge and bridges no. 072 and no. 287
14             as the Herman G. Dillon bridges.]

16       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
17             Section  1. Bridge no. 008 located on United States highway 83 in
18       Seward County, is hereby designated as the Mike Hayden overpass
19       bridge. The secretary of transportation shall place suitable signs to indi-
20       cate the bridge is the Mike Hayden overpass bridge. The secretary of
21       transportation may accept and administer gifts and donations to aid in
22       obtaining and installing suitable signs.
23        [Sec.  2. Bridges no. 072 and no. 287 located on United States
24       highway 169 in Wyandotte county, are hereby designated as the
25       Herman G. Dillon bridges. The secretary of transportation shall
26       place suitable signs to indicate the bridges are the Herman G. Dil-
27       lon bridges. The secretary of transportation may accept and ad-
28       minister gifts and donations to aid in obtaining and installing suit-
29       able signs.]
30        Sec.  2. [Sec. 3.] This act shall take effect and be in force from and
31       after its publication in the statute book.
