                    HOUSE BILL No. 2878           By Committee on Appropriations           2-11             9             AN ACT repealing K.S.A. 75-6801, relating to reductions in executive
10             and legislative state agency positions based on retirements.

12       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
13           Section 1. K.S.A. 75-6801 is hereby repealed.
14           Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
15       publication in the statute book.
