                    HOUSE BILL No. 2629           By Committee on Health and Human Services           1-15             9             AN ACT concerning the joint legislative oversight committee on health
10             care reform; expiration date; amending K.S.A. 1997 Supp. 46-2506 and
11             repealing the existing section.

13       Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
14           Section 1. K.S.A. 1997 Supp. 46-2506 is hereby amended to read as
15       follows: 46-2506. The provisions of K.S.A. 1997 Supp. 46-2501 through
16       46-2506 shall expire on December 31, 1998 2002.
17           Sec. 2. K.S.A. 1997 Supp. 46-2506 is hereby repealed.
18           Sec. 3. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
19       publication in the statute book.
