AN ACT concerning designation of prairie spirit rail trail as a part of the
  state park system.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
  Section 1.  No part of the prairie spirit rail trail in Allen, Anderson
and Franklin counties shall be designated as a part of the state park system
until on or after July 1, 2000.
  Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the Kansas register.
