AN ACT concerning certain financial institutions; no liability for certain
  acts; disclosure of certain information.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
  Section 1.  Any bank, trust company or savings and loan association
organized under the laws of this state or any other state, or any national
banking association, savings bank or savings and loan association organ-
ized under the laws of the United States, or any subsidiary thereof, may
make a good faith disclosure of customer information to any agency of
the United States or any state, at the agency's request, without liability
therefor under the laws of this state to the customer or any third party.
  Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
