 9  AN ACT concerning the uniform commercial code; authorizing rules and
10    regulations.

12  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
13    Section 1.  The secretary of state may adopt rules and regulations to
14  carry out the provisions of K.S.A. 84-9-401 to 84-9-413, inclusive, and
15  amendments thereto.
16    Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
17  publication in the statute book.
