AN ACT concerning electronic filing of business records; amending
  K.S.A. 1996 Supp. 75-443 and repealing the existing section.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
  Section 1.  K.S.A. 1996 Supp. 75-443 is hereby amended to read as
follows: 75-443. The secretary of state, the secretary of revenue and the
secretary of human resources may adopt rules and regulations for the
purpose of authorizing the electronic filing of reports, certificates or other
documents which businesses may be required by law to file with such
agencies pursuant to chapters 17, 44 and, 56 and 79 of the Kansas Statutes
Annotated.
  Sec. 2.  K.S.A. 1996 Supp. 75-443 is hereby repealed.
  Sec. 3.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the Kansas register.
