 9  AN ACT concerning electric public utilities; prohibiting certain differ-
10    ences in rates.

12  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
13    Section 1.  No electric public utility shall charge different rates to
14  customers of such utility that are located in this state and are in the same
15  customer class.
16    Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
17  publication in the statute book.
