 9  AN ACT concerning state parks; providing for an annual camping permit.

11  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
12    Section 1.  (a) The secretary of wildlife and parks shall provide, by
13  rules and regulations adopted in accordance with K.S.A. 32-805 and
14  amendments thereto, for the issuance of annual camping permits.
15    (b)  An annual camping permit shall authorize the holder to camp in
16  any Kansas state park during the term of the permit, subject to rules and
17  regulations of the secretary.
18    (c)  The fee for an annual camping permit shall be $100.
19    Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
20  publication in the Kansas register.
