 9  AN ACT concerning crimes and punishment; prohibiting the sale or pos-
10    session of certain alcoholic beverages.

12  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
13    Section 1.  (a) No person shall sell, offer for sale, give, possess or
14  otherwise transfer any sealed plastic container with alcohol that is mixed
15  with gelatin to form an alcoholic beverage in any quantity of 50 milliliters
16  or less. Such alcoholic beverage shall include, but not be limited to,
17  squeeze shots.
18    (b)  Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty
19  of a class A misdemeanor.
20    (c)  This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas crim-
21  inal code.
22    Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
23  publication in the statute book.
