AN ACT repealing K.S.A. 13-2903; relating to cities of the first class;
  relating to the disqualification of certain persons from certain offices.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
  Section 1.  K.S.A. 13-2903 is hereby repealed.
  Sec. 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication in the statute book.
