Senator Longbine motioned to amend the bill to change the effective date and the motion was seconded by Senator Petersen. The motion passed.
Senator Longbine motioned to pass the bill out favorably as amended and the motion was seconded by Senator Holscher. The motion passed.
The Chairman changed discussion to SB 351 and called upon Jason Long for a revisor review of the bill.
The Chairman called upon Clay Barker to explain his agency's balloon amendment #1.
