Senator Wilborn moved to adopt the amendment. Senator Thompson seconded. The motion carried.
Chairperson Warren called for further discussion or amendments and seeing none requested final action.
Senator Thompson moved, Senator Gossage seconded, to recommend HCR5022, as amended, favorably for passage. The motion carried.
