Senator Doll distributed and explained a balloon amendment. (Attachment 3)
Senator Doll moved, Senator Faust-Goudeau seconded, to adopt the balloon amendment. Motion carried.
Chairperson Bowers noted there is a proposed technical balloon amendment and explained the amendment. (Attachment 4) Mark Skoglund addressed questions from the Committee.
Senator Francisco moved, Senator Ryckman seconded, to adopt the balloon amendment. Motion carried.
Mr. Skoglund addressed additional questions from the Committee.
Senator Francisco moved, Senator Haley seconded, to recommend SB485 as amended, favorable for passage Motion carried.
