Chairman Landwehr asked Mr. Brunner to come forward and answer questions to clarify KDADS regulations and answer questions from the committee.
The hearing on SB453 was closed.
Chairman Landwehr proposed that the opposing parties get together and try to come up with a compromise and present it to the committee. At that time the committee would consider working the bill and any amendments that might be brought for consideration.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:14 PM.
