Chairperson Bowers opened the hearing on SB428. Charles Reimer, staff revisor, presented a briefing on the bill. Mr. Reimer addressed questions from the Committee.
Mark Skoglund testified in support of SB428. Mr. Skoglund indicated the bill addresses technical and procedural amendments to the lobbying and ethics laws. Mr. Skoglund provided an overview of the corrections the bill addresses. (Attachment 2) Mr. Skoglund addressed questions from the Committee.
