Chair Kelly opened the hearing on HB 2568, recognized David Wiese, Assistant Revisor, Office of Revisor of Statutes, who briefed the committee on the bill.  (Attachment1)

Chair Kelly recognized Melissa Wangemann, General Counsel, Office of State Bank Commissioner, who provided some introductory information in support of HB 2568(Attachment2), followed by Jim Payne, Director of Examinations / Assistant Deputy Commissioner, Office of State Bank Commissioner, who provided more in-depth information in support of HB 2568(Attachment3)  A question and answer period for personnel of the Office of State Bank Commissioner followed.

Chair Kelly recognized the following individuals who provided testimony in support of HB 2568:  Luke Bell, Senior Manager, Government Reltions and Public Affairs,  (Attachment4); Michael Stidham, Director, Regulatory Affairs, Rocket Mortgage, (Attachment5); and Kobie Pruitt, Director, State Government Affairs, Mortgage Bankers Association, (Attachment6).  A question and answer period followed each conferee.
