Chairperson Longbine opened the hearing on SB336. Eileen Ma, Assistant Revisor, Kansas Office of Revisor of Statutes (ROS) presented the Revisor's Memorandum brief explaining the bill. (Attachment 1)
Oral Proponent Testimony:
Chris Swickard, Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Security Benefit Life Insurance Company appeared in person and provided oral proponent testimony. (Attachment 2) He answered questions from Senators Gossage, Pittman, and Fagg.
Chairperson Longbine asked for any other questions, comments, discussion, or other proponent, opponent, or neutral testimony to be submitted. There were none. The Chairperson closed the hearing on SB336.
