Chairperson Barker opened the neutral portion of the hearing on HB2184. The following individuals testified: Eric Stafford (Attachment 67); John Goodyear (Attachment 68); Tucker Poling (Attachment 69); Alexandra Blasi (Attachment 70); Debbi Beavers (Attachment 71) and Kay Haug (Attachment 72).
Chairperson Barker allowed questions to be asked of the neutral conferees by the Committee.
Chairperson Barker noted that there was written neutral testimony from Russell Brien, Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation (Attachment 73); Col. Herman Jones, Kansas Highway Patrol (Attachment 74); Kenneth Titus, Kansas Department of Agriculture (Attachment 75); and Tony Andersen, Kansas Self-Insurers Association (Attachment 76).
Chairperson Barker closed the hearing on HB2184.
