Revisor Nick Meyers gave an overview of the bill. (Attachment 1)
Dr. Carl Cleveland appeared via WEBEX as a verbal proponent and in his role as President of the Cleveland Chiropractic College. He explained that HB2124 corrects/clarifies two points of Kansas Statute that will allow his college to operate an education clinic, enabling his student interns to gain clinical experience. (Attachment 2)
