Bob Jurgens testified in support of the bill. He explained that the number of dry cleaning facilities has decreased over the years, but the Bureau of Environmental Remediation has spent almost as much money as it has received managing the program and assessing, remediating and monitoring the 186 sites in the program.  Enhanced funding will allow the bureau to identify and clean up contaminated sites in a timely manner.(Attachment 1)(Attachment 2)
