Chairperson Tarwater opened discussion and action on HB2416 and recognized Charles Reimer, Assistant Revisor, who distributed and explained a proposed amendment in redline version (Attachment 6), a clear copy version (Attachment 7), a copy of definitions as used in the developmental disabilities reform act.(Attachment 8), and a section from the the act defining competitive integrated employment. (Attachment 9) Revisor Remier answered questions from the Committee members.
Representative Hoffman moved, seconded by Representative Mason, to amend HB2416. Motion passed.
Representative Hoffman moved, seconded by Representative Mason, the Committee recommend a Substitute for HB2416 be passed. Motion passed.
