Chairperson Baumgardner opened the discussion.
Staff provided an amendment provided by Senator Bollier requiring a report that includes aggregate exam and assessment data for all students who are provided the exams and assessments. Senator Bollier moved the amendment. Senator Sykes seconded. The motion carried.(Attachment 9)
Senator Braun moved to pass out SB337 favorably as amended. Senator Estes seconded. The motion carried.
